On Jun 20, 2009 permission was granted for the LMA inclusion of Works Progress Administration.
" 1. Are soundboard feeds allowed? No.
2. Are all shows allowed? Yes. Only some shows? Only the ones I mentioned for now, with the option of more in the future?
3. Do specific shows need to be approved before posting? No, but please email me (ferlandjm@gmail.com) with every new post. If so, what's the procedure for approval? (For example: written email from you required, email from someone else required, sample audio sent to the band before approval, etc. Also keep in mind that archive.org doesn't [perhaps can't?] limit access to audio they've posted, so previewing the audio before posting is generally extra effort for the person who recorded it because they need to either send large attachments or make a download available from some other source.)
4. Archive requires files be uploaded in lossless format (FLAC or SHN), but they can create derivative files in lossy formats that users can download, like ogg or mp3. Can the W.P.A. shows have derivative files created? Sure.
5. Any other restrictions? (See here for examples of restrictions) Not for commercial purposes/sale."
